We stand behind our products 100%. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it for a full product refund within 6 months of the date of purchase, no questions asked.

Return Policies and Procedures
If you need to return a product purchased in the last 6 months, please contact us at 800-723-0277 for your Return Authorization Number.

Please do your best in packaging your returns to ensure that we receive them intact. We cannot issue refunds for broken items in boxes that contain no packing material. When we receive your return, we will issue a full purchase refund, minus the cost of shipping.

Privacy and Security
The Synergy Company respects your privacy. We have not ever, do not now and never will sell or rent your personal information to any other organization. If you do not wish your credit card information to be stored in our database, please inform our customer service staff, and we will be happy to remove the information after your order is processed.

You may occasionally receive mailings from us about promotions, new products or product education. If you do not wish to receive unsolicited mailings or e-mails from The Synergy Company, please inform our customer service team, and we will make sure that your preferences are properly noted in our internal mailing lists.

Placing Orders
Phone. Call us toll-free at 800-723-0277, Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Mountain Time.

Online. Go to our secure Ordering page and enter the quantity of each item you wish to purchase, and then click Add to Cart. When you are finished, click View Cart and Check Out. You will then be prompted to provide your billing, shipping and credit card information to complete the order.

You also have the option to create an online account, which saves your address and billing information for your next order (credit card information is not saved). Your package will ship the day after you place your order.

If paying by check or money order, call us or complete an order form and include the freight charges as indicated. If requesting expedited delivery service (overnight, 2-day air), please call first so that we can calculate your shipping charges.

Shipping and Handling
The Synergy Company does not charge handling fees. You will find our shipping rates to be very reasonable—in fact, much less than our actual cost of shipping!

Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground. A street address in the continental U.S. is required for UPS delivery.

The Synergy Company ships worldwide, and we also partner with distributors around the world. Please visit our International Distribution page to find a distributor in your area. The Synergy Company's international distributors are exclusive representatives of our products in their respective country or region; therefore we cannot sell products directly to customers in these countries.

Options and costs for shipping to international locations will be priced and confirmed individually.
